Smart Start Montessori Preschools

Our two boys went to Smart Start and would highly recommend to other parents. The children learnt so many important life skills, practical and academic, as well as really great values like looking out for others. The teachers are caring and very professional. Smart start has given my sons a great foundation for school and beyond.

My girl was in Smart Start Montessori for two years, she enjoyed everyday she spent in there and we have seen her progressed so much!All the teachers are supportive , friendly and caring. We are very thankful to have Sarah, Summer, Yaping and Sophine, they prepared my girl well to start her primary school. Rebecca is also welcoming, loving and easy to communicate.Smart Start Montessori is definately the right place to start kids’ learning journey.

My daughter has improved so much in just the short span she did with Smart Start .I am so thankful to all the teachers for their help to transform Srishti to become a more confident and caring girl that she is now. The teachers took it upon themselves by laying emphasis on learning alphabets , numbers and reading skills and preparing her for primary school.I only regret not enrolling my child earlier .I would strongly recommend Smart Start Montessori to anyone who is looking for a wonderful preschool for their children.Wishing all the best to Smart Start Montessori team and keep up your good education.

I want to say thank you to all the wonderful staff in Smart Start for providing Great learning experience for my son Ian.He was well cared and happily educated during his time there.

My son attended for about 1.5 years. We were really pleased to see the progress he made while here- especially with his numeracy, but also in his social interactions and empathy.I love that staff turnover is low, so the kids really get to form a relationship with their teachers. They genuinely care about the kids and seeing them learn and grow.Smartstart was great preparation for our son starting school, he has had absolutely no issues settling in. I would definitely recommend this daycare to others.

My son just graduated from Smart Start and we have had the best experience there over the past two years. He has loved every day and all his teachers were so amazing and caring. We were very nervous sending him to kindy as first time parents but the teachers made his transition so easy and tears free. Highly highly recommend this kindy- we will definitely be sending our future children there as well!

Yayy!!! My little boy just graduated today, Thanks to all teachers for taking care of my son, he has learnt lots from smart start and had a lot of fun here. All teachers are very patient and responsible. We are very grateful to all the teachers.

We have seen both of our boys thrive at Smart Start Montessori. This sweet school is full of natural light, and the children seem engaged, calm and joyful. Rebecca and all the teachers are welcoming, kind and nurturing, and a great deal of thought and care go into every day. The school attracts a diverse group of students that reflect the diversity of Auckland - a real plus to normalize diversity and acceptance of difference already at this age. Our oldest developed a sense of leadership at Smart Start and was extremely well prepared for writing and reading at school. Our youngest has had the benefit of 'growing up' with Smart Start, feels very at home there and loves his weekly reading packet (phonics poems, two short early readers and flash cards). We are also deeply grateful for Rebecca's admirable stewardship of the school during successive COVID-19 waves. In short, can't recommend Smart Start highly enough!
