Sonja was amazing to deal with, super easy to talk to and did a great job on helping create a very professional CV. I would highly recommend her for CV/Cover Letters and career pathway conversations.

I am a candidate for Hays who put me forward for a role ... and left out info to the client ( on my reference ) on the basis it was not relevant to the role. But it was very relevant. Highly unethical.Plus tried to manipulate me into signing a contract with Hays before confirmed written offer from the client. I wouldn't touch this agent /Hays with a barge pole.

Sam attended a two day Amp'd After school career Bootcamp in December straight after he finished his Level 2 NCEA exams. He found the whole experience really insightful as he felt that he hadn't given much thought to what he would like to do at the end of Year 13. The After School career programme helped him map out various career pathways and really got him thinking about the next stage in a structured but fun way. He loved the group dynamics of the 2 days and found Suzie and Sharon so enthusiastic and they provided so many real-life stories and experiences. The second day of the Bootcamp entailed having various Industry specialists come in an talk about their own careers and the pathways that led them to where they were. Sam loved this day in particular and enjoyed asking lots of questions. The whole experience has got Sam thinking in a more structured way about where to next and he feels like he has a great framework going forward.
