Gracela is such a nice person. I could not sit for an extended period of time, I went for one session with Gracela and it's amazing how much better I feel already. I managed to at my desk the whole day today and I hardly have pain in comparison to how I felt when I booked the session with her.Highly recommend, it's honestly worth it!

The team at Premier Osteo are fantastic! They are professional, efficient, very caring and friendly! In particular, Caroline Barker- my Osteo and Tonia Peachey my Functional Medicine Practitioner are amazing, so knowledgeable and are so caring. It is the first time that I feel someone has listened, understood and given me a plan of action to improve my health issues. To say that I’m so delighted that I found both Caroline and Tonia is a huge understatement. I look forward to seeing them each time as I know I feel so much better after treatment and with both of them I know I can trust them. I am seeing improvements already! Holli is a wonderful resource and doula. She provided us with a calm energy which is what I was hoping for during my second pregnancy and birth. She has a wealth of knowledge and was particularly fantastic at asking the questions that I hadn't thought of, which was particularly important to me. I couldn't recommend her highly enough.

Winnie is great! I did massage, acupuncture, and cupping. Afterwards, my body feels so light and warm probably because my blood circulates better. Definitely coming back!

You wouldn't want to look anywhere else and if you do, you're wasting your time. As a first time mama I know that I can always rely on Dana for help, guidance, reassurance and knowledge!

Fantastic knowledge and really informative. Janine is super approachable and honest with her answers and feedback. We did the two day weekend course which was a great crash course that made us feel more comfortable about birth.

It is so important to feel comfortable with your midwife as this is such a huge event in your life as a woman. Saskia is an amazing professional. I felt at ease in her presence. Her communication is great and her love for her profession shines throughout. Saskia works with passion, heart and soul.
