As someone in their mid-50's I started to suffer from night cramps in my feet due to poor circulation so decided to try acupuncture. WOW! Within two sessions the cramping had stopped and increased circulation in my lower leg was evident. Five weeks on still no cramping - I'm beyond impressed :)
