Ben and Jing, are both remarkable! They have both played a crucial role in my recovery from a complex clavicle fracture.Ben's orthopaedic knowledge and clinical expertise are truly outstanding. Whenever he has examined my injury, the subsequent x-ray or CT scan consistently confirmed everything he had found is his assessment. His accuracy and insight instilled confidence making me feel assured and well-informed.Jing's acupuncture treatments have provided me immense pain relief. Her gentle and nurturing manner created a comforting environment that helped me cope with the pain and be patient with the healing process. Her compassionate approach and attentive care were invaluable in my recovery, providing not only physical relief but supporting my overall well-being during this challenging time.I am so so grateful for both Jing and Ben!

Winnie is great! I did massage, acupuncture, and cupping. Afterwards, my body feels so light and warm probably because my blood circulates better. Definitely coming back!

Vivi is absolutely the best acupuncturist I have ever been to. Through her knowledge and experience she is able to pinpoint the problem so accurately. She also gives sound advice on exercises to continue relief. Not only the acupuncture but cupping helped me tremendously and her immense herbal advice regarding other problems was so beneficial. I highly recommended Vivi she is so professional.

Be aware of some hidden charges. Additional to the ACC subcharge ($35), there is another consultation charge ($35). I rang them twice to confirm the charge before making an appointment, but I was not told about the consultation charge until they asked me to pay. The hidden charge may apply to other treatments.

Recovering from a concussion and suffering chronic fatigue for over a year, my GP and ACC couldn't help much with my symptom. I nearly quit my job due to my fatigue. Finally, I tried the herb medicine Dr Shi prescribed for about three months. Herbal medicine helped me able to go through stressful working times. I kept my job, still working full-time!!
