The lady at reception was friendly, I explained how another laundry place massed up and didn't do my laundry and I must have it ready for collection the following day 11:30am as I have an audition to get to. She assured me it will be cleaned, dried and folded on time for me to collect the next day at 11:30. GUESS WHAT?! when I arrived , the bag was there , but nobody even touched it, nothing was done!!! What's the point of offering a service if you cannot even do it! Unreliable!! Had to the laundry myself in a rush to have clean cloths .... Not recommended.

On time deliery and friendly staff. I recently gave my suits for dry cleaning and I was not happy with results. Owner called me and asked about what went wrong and offered me full refund. This is really good customer service and owner do value customer relationships. These guys are focused on providing good service. I will recomond to others and will continue to use their services.

After being a loyal customer for more than 4 years I can only say the quality of wash and pressing and customer service has deteriorated so badly that I will not be using your service again, and as for the outrageous price hike (up 100%) unbelievable!!!They wont even let you post a review without giving them one star, but hey If i could it would be a minus!!

Rubbish very bad customer service never smile and very rude. My washing never get my cloth clean and on top of that over priced. Not recommended and will never go there again!!
