Ordered 2 hot cake meals on Uber eats only for them to put in the bag drinks & chips with no hot cakes & had written on the bag in red “Sorry no hot cakes” I drive to that store then all of a sudden they had hot cakes. Either stick something that is worth the price of hot cakes in the bag next time or don’t lie and say there are no hot cakes when y’all are just lazy and hate your job.

Typical BK. The drive-thru was busy, inside was also busy and service was average speed. The food was the same as every other BK and there was nothing notably good or bad about this particular location. I visited at night and the carpark was poorly lit. It's also quite small and I was pleased to be driving a small car. There is a basketball court outside the dining area.

Not happy With food. Burger was cold and was not even close the picture. Patty was not fresh and was not hot as well. Lettuce was dead and even after telling the person on drive through for the lettuce was still not there. Should improve on cooking even after charging good money for food, giving low grade food. Overall disappointed.

So often they giving the wrong item for the order. I ordered a king’s collection buttermilk chicken burger and they gave me a burger that is not made with chicken nor beef and it tastes so disgusting. Staff there cant really do their job properly.

Only problem is this the third time I’ve ordered from there and I’m either getting the wrong items or missing. I went tonight and ordered 5 long chicken rodeos and got beef my family doesn’t eat beef. But workers were nice that was the only problem. I could’ve checked but I assumed I didn’t need to fully open wrappers.

Terrible customer service at drive through sunday night. That short fat girl was yelling and taking orders plus slamming slide window on face as if she didn’t wanna be there and was so over it. Spoke to manager he was unapologetic and didn’t care what i was saying. Just because i am an Indian and so were they, they thought it was okay to give that kind of customer service. The attitude of yh whatever is Absolutely terrible someone from higher management surely needs to train staff better with customer service and hire better manager who can give better training and hold them accountable in such situations and not walk away from paying customers. Surely many others have faced same from them and not done anything about it.

Recently renovated which is a bonus. The old layout was really tacky. Self service kiosk, though could do with more. Can't complain about the service or the food. Both of which was decent. Parking is OK but gets full during peak hours. The restaurant itself was dirty. Could definitely have someone do the cleaning instead of standing behind the counter.

I was highly disappointed with the state of the place lastnight. My 12 who celebrated her birthday LOVES your food so wanted to have her birthday meal with family at your Puhinui location. On arrival the entire dine in area was an absolute mess, the floors were not only slippery but there was also split food and drinks discarded throughout the dine in section. Despite the slippery when wet signs, we were very lucky to not have left with injury.
