Gas is one of the fastest ways to get hot water for your home. We have found Rockgas a good provider for this service.

Service was prompt and friendly. Technician was clearly prepared and technically competent, able to assess the job and carry it out without hassle. Hopefully won't ever need a service like this again, but if I did these would be the people I'd go to first.

I was new to having bottled gas and having forgotten to re-order gas and subsequently running out of gas, I phoned up for an urgent delivery. Rockgas were able to sort it out and organised a driver to deliver it that day in the early evening. Thanks to the very pleasant driver who delivered the bottles instead of going home at his normal finish time.

Great service and super quick, called at the end of the day and it was no problem only a short wait. Thanks to the team!

Don’t recommend this supplier at all. Ordered a LPG bottle, it never came but delivery confirmation and invoice came. Customer service will only tell you that they have the documents that the driver has written, it’s delivered. And he told me I must have used up the other 45kg bottle in 2 weeks while I was waiting for the new one like he had witnessed it. They will let you pay for empty bottle, and they said this is the solution they gave to all their customers who had same problem and they never think to update their delivery system, just let it happen. Isn’t it the easiest way to make money.
