Gas is one of the fastest ways to get hot water for your home. We have found Rockgas a good provider for this service.

I was new to having bottled gas and having forgotten to re-order gas and subsequently running out of gas, I phoned up for an urgent delivery. Rockgas were able to sort it out and organised a driver to deliver it that day in the early evening. Thanks to the very pleasant driver who delivered the bottles instead of going home at his normal finish time.

Don’t recommend this supplier at all. Ordered a LPG bottle, it never came but delivery confirmation and invoice came. Customer service will only tell you that they have the documents that the driver has written, it’s delivered. And he told me I must have used up the other 45kg bottle in 2 weeks while I was waiting for the new one like he had witnessed it. They will let you pay for empty bottle, and they said this is the solution they gave to all their customers who had same problem and they never think to update their delivery system, just let it happen. Isn’t it the easiest way to make money.

If you want to have forced cold showers, and microwave foods due to promised but delayed gas bottle delivery ( delayed for 2 weeks and on-going.... ) join RockGas.I ordered 2 X 45kg LPG bottles on the Rock Gas app more than 2 weeks ago. There was no sign of new gas bottles for a good week, so I followed up with a call 10 days later, asking when the delivery date is. The operator triple confirmed with me on the delivery date ,Friday 13th, and today, Friday 13th, it still hasn't come.I called again asking why is this happening. After 30 mins hold time, the perron picked up the phone and said there were no notes written under my order stating the delivery date, she also cannot access any recorded phone calls for evidence.Left with no options, I submitted an complain. It will take 20 working days to get any feedback. What a joke.The best part is, this event happened twice, same thing same time last year.I'm opting out ASAP.Hope this review helps.(Update. As of Jan 17, a person called Michelle from rock gas called me after I raised this issue to the energy dispute, she confirmed that I will be getting my 16 day delayed gas bottles tomorrow.It's very interesting how I received multiple calls from rock gas just 1 hour after making the energy dispute calls. Comparing to waiting on the line for 30 mins previously and getting brushed off.The reason of delay was driver illness". It's a good excuse until you remember they have used the same excuse for all 3 delays / stuff ups for the past year. )"

I am with ROCKGAS for more than 2 years. ROCKGAS used to be a very good company, delivery on time and reasonable price. Now it is very slow and expensive. I ordered a cylinder 7 days ago. I was told it might be more than 10 days until delivery. What more can you expect?

Over priced, i'm paying around $130 per 45kg cylinder for my hotwater, this excludes other fees associated with renting the cylinders.I have used a company called MATAGAS in the past and they are much cheaper only around $110 per 45kg cylinder and no rental fee if you purchase the cylinders. Will be changing companies

I've been using Rockgas for a few years now and found their service good and definitely one of the best priced. Only usually a couple of days wait for delivery during the summer. Winter is a bit longer, so I need to remember to order in time!

Warning to other customers. Do not sign with rockgas. Was with them close to a year with no issues with delivery. Then with no explanation stated that one of their drivers would no longer deliver. No recourse available, no proper explaination. Terrible customer service. They are meant to conduct a safety check and suitability for delivery at the start on contract, not end a contract at the drop of a hat a year later and on top of it without warning, while I'm needing a delivery! On top of this when I tried to file a complaint, they directly tried to stop me It won't make a difference". It's our right as consumers to be able to file a complaint if we feel an error has occured."

Easy to order on Rockgas app and bottle delivered within 2 days and invoice for $134.00

We have only recently (6 months) started using Rockgas bottled gas. The communication with the support team via email is always great (I had so many questions). Easy to order refills through the App. Billing and payments are straightforward. Delivery timeframes are great. Delivery service/drivers are courteous and friendly and willing to share information to help understand the gas usage and refill ordering conditions. Thanks Raj :)
