Great property managers. Being tenants, the team at manage my property were always available to assist with all queries we had. They were also happy to assist us when we needed to break our lease early due to relocation for work, making that process seamless. Highly recommend them.

David and the Quinovic Team are amazing! Terrible customer service from Ritika Saini. After booking in to view an apartment and driving two hours to see it, the agent was a no show. I called and they said it had been cancelled. They made no attempt to try and reschedule a viewing that would suit us and our travel plans.

We've just concluded our tenancy at the 2nd property we've rented through MMP, and we are very sorry to be leaving their care. Having dealt with many Property Managers over 4 years, I can safely say that the entire group here are wonderful, both as managers and as people. Maintenance issues were taken care of promptly and in the least invasive way possible. Communication was top notch. But most of all, all of the managers here are extremely reasonable and treat tenants like people living in a home, as they are. We were respected, looked after and felt like we could be comfortable in our living spaces. Bond lodgement and refund has been a breeze. Also, best senses of humour I've come across in any kind of company ;) I appreciate every person here I've interacted with, and will be highly recommending Manage My Property to any prospective tenants and landlords I come across in the future. We moved to Wellington from the US and needed temporary accommodation while we searched for more permanent housing. We rented a move-in ready (furniture, washer/dryer, kitchen supplies, bedding, etc.) apartment in Thorndon for 3 months--it was the perfect solution for our big transition. HiAtlas was consistently helpful, reliable and professional. I would highly recommend their services.
