We moved to Wellington from the US and needed temporary accommodation while we searched for more permanent housing. We rented a move-in ready (furniture, washer/dryer, kitchen supplies, bedding, etc.) apartment in Thorndon for 3 months--it was the perfect solution for our big transition. HiAtlas was consistently helpful, reliable and professional. I would highly recommend their services.

Hi Atlas was the perfect option for me to use while living in Wellington for 6 months on a research fellowship with my family. It allowed us to live in the heart of the city, able to walk almost everywhere, and with a great view. We were able to make all arrangements from outside the country before we moved to NZ.The apartment was just right for us, with three rooms so we could host guests. Jennifer and Maya were helpful and responsive when we needed something. The apartment was furnished with just enough of everything to support us the whole time- linens, cookware, appliances, furniture. I definitely recommend HiAtlas for short-term rentals in Wellington.

I have a very good experience renting a high-quality, fully furnished apartment in the CBD of Wellington with HiAtlas. A big thanks to Jennifer and her team for their professional customer service; my wife and I never thought of renting an apartment that exceeded our expectations. Our checklist is all checked and we feel cosy with the unit that we've lived in for more than 1.5 years. Jennifer made the whole rental process so easy and convenient for us to deal with. It was started from a video call to do the house viewing" till the trust that she had with us in returning the keys and completing our rental term. The furniture and whiteware included in the rental are good quality
