Charging us $20 to ride on these old dilapidated buses from cruise terminal was a rip off

Fairly easy website for booking online

Terminal is too far sway from CBD. Service is great by staff but having to hang around an industrial area with nothing to do if you have to wait on your service, if it is running late is very poor.

Really good bus company have had no problems with them and my 10 year old uses this company every 2 weeks the driver is really good with unaccompanied minors

Good driver but disappointed that entire bus was made to wait in Cromwell for 15 minutes due to a group of three that missed the bus in Queenstown.Made everyone else late and they should have been re-scheduled to the afternoon.

Not verry good i use them in the morning to get to school but comming home is driffent. When i come home on the bus it is 2 things 1:old bus or 2:does not arrive at all.Flix this

If I could give less than one star I would.Would never use this service again!Booked a bus on Flexi purposely so I knew I could cancel if needed. Had cancelled within the correct timeframe and went back into the booking to check it was cancelled- nothing was showing so assumed it had been.I waited till after the holiday period was over for a refund to come through and contacted Intercity when it didn’t.Apparently I was noted down as a no show even though I had cancelled, I then emailed to chase it and was basically told too bad. I then called to speak to someone and was told the team leader had said the same thing so asked to speak to team leader who was actually helpful right up until they were supposed to get back to me about it after “investigating” a possible glitch in the system and have not heard a peep since.Absolutely rubbish system if your customers can no longer see the booking how are they to know it hasn’t been cancelled?!Would not recommend to anyone. As I said to the team leader, I don’t even care about the money at this point it’s the fact that I can still log in and it still shows nothing - as if I never had any booking in the first place.

Very convenient to ride, super friendly drivers, cheap fares!!

My daughter was travelling from Dunedin to Wanaka and she didn't get onto the connecting bus. Ritchies staff were amazing and made sure she got to her destination safely. Highly recommend because of the fantastic service - thanks to everyone who made this happen
