I am a landlord and Heather is the property manager for my rental property. She is warm and friendly and easy to deal with. She conducts property inspections on time and is quick to deal with any issues that arise. I always feel like she has my best interests at heart regarding the care of the property. She has a great network of support should any work need to be done on the house or garden.

I used to be a tenant for the Norwood Apartments and Heather was my Property Manager. Overall, my stay was very good. Heather was lovely. I would say that she is understanding and made sure that everything was okay at the apartment. Highly recommend to others :)

I am a landlord, I use Eastside Rental's to find the tenant since I brought the property. They are the most professional agent I ever use. They did everything for us, listing the property online, showing people around and credit check the tenant, also prepare all the paperwork for us. The most importantly they can found the excellent tenants, the last tenant stayed 5 years and no issues at all. Really appreciate their services.

Heather is the best property manager we have ever had. Her communication skills are excellent. She is responsive to all requests and has a number of contacts that quickly address any maintenance that is required. She completes inspections thoroughly and ensures the properties under her care are well maintained. She has a lovely nature and is very kind to even the most difficult tenants. As landlord we have no hesitation in recommending her.

I am so happy that the first ever apartment I moved into was with Eastside Rentals!Heather is the best agent anyone could ask for.She is so friendly , supportive and looks out for her tenants. I've been overseas for almost 7 years and during this period Heather as acted as my Property Manager with a very professional and proactive approach. She is always available for a chat and keeps me updated on any issues, which thankfully there have been few. She maintains regular property inspections and always ensures that the weekly rental money is paid on time.As a landlord, I'm extremely grateful for her support and would gladly recommend Eastside Rentals to any potential client.
