My car was delivered to my doorstep which is a good 80km drive from the dealership. You are an amazing team and I wouldn't buy from any other dealership! Thank you for your great work.

Dealt with Ryan directly as a referral from a friend. Talked about parts a year ago and finally made the plunge just recently. I cannot thank Gilltrap Northshore enough for helping me to buy my first new car - a GT Line +! I hadn't viewed the vehicle prior and only saw it on the day when I took the delivery. I dealt with Zane and he is absolutely awesome and really look after his customers. 10/10 stars to Zane. He is professional and so easy to deal with, always replying back within mins and answered all my questions and queries. Zane also followed up with a call afterwards to ensure I was doing okay with the car and if I had any questions on the controls etc. I highly recommend Kia Gilltrap Northshore!

Customer Service has no urgency when ordering parts for canopies. Called numerous times to get ETA’s for my replacement glass & got told all sorts of lies. Be aware when using this business.

Have taken the work fleet and my personal cars to Steve and the boys for a few years now. They can't be faulted, very very honest and know what they're talking about. No problem too big or too small in my experience.I would highly recommend making them your go to mechanics.

Very disappointed. Turned up after confirming quote over phone twice for a rebuild of my ball joints only to be requoted more than double. Dishonest!
