Superfast repair of my sports lid

They damaged my vehicle when fitting a canopy to it and then insisted on fixing the damage themselves at a repair shop they co-own even though I asked to get it done elsewhere. The repairs were rushed and done very poorly.

Had our ute fitted out by Beaut Utes with a liner and canopy through Blackwells Mazda from new. Took 6-7 weeks initially with the current climate.This is when some niggles started happening requiring three trips back to Beaut Utes.Firstly because the wrong canopy was put on without central locking, secondly the right canopy but without functioning central locking, and thirdly as the sliding window wasn’t working right.However, on the second trip it was collected from my home and I was provided a replacement vehicle, and when I went in myself the third time I was promptly looked after. The canopy was brought to perfect working order and they also fixed the brake light that I had damaged free of charge.When I saw the amount of work they had on it somewhat explained the shortcomings, and whilst mildly inconvenient, I cannot fault them for their efforts in remedying the situation. Initially I would not have been going back there for anything but in the end I’ll happily be a returning customer.

New canopy leaked Rang customer service wasn't even interested would not recommend .difficult company to deal with.
