Horizon Radiology - Otara

I was disappointed in the service I received today. This staff member lacked the people skills, empathy and patience. I am concerned that this person works in Otara dealing with Maori and Pacific people. I hope this organisation is able to see my comment and look at how they can do better. This is not exceptable.

Definitely need to talk to them about closing hours when they're leaving early our tax money dollars don't get funded to the healthcare system if flops like these are leaving early.

I booked here for my ultrasound growth scan because it was the only site available at the time. I was quite nervous with all the negative reviews but I thought I’d give it the benefit of doubt & hope for a better experience anyway.Besides walking up the stairs to get to Horizon (elevator available if needed), the place itself looks decently renovated. It’s clean. The receptionist was kind and soft spoken. The sonographer (Allan) wasn’t too bad himself. He answered the questions I had. The ultrasound lasted about 10-15 min but I didn’t mind so much as I didn’t want to be there long anyway. As long as baby was fine & no concerns were brought up.So overall experience here was better than I originally thought it would be.

Not impressed with the person I had for scanning was really rude and not very honest when I was trying to ask some questions definitely would not go there again only good thing about it was the reception lady’s which is the only good side of that place.

I really like the customer services of Otara Horizon Specially Anau. she is such a lovely lady always helps understand other problem. I feel like we want people like Anau who always ready to help. Much appreciate for your hard work. 10/10 for your customer services

Wish I could give zero stars.The worst experience I've ever had. Front desk were nice to deal with but as soon as I went in to scan my right hamstring I had the rudest encounter with the sonographer.Straight off the bat he was passive aggressive. Talking to me in a rude tone treating me like a liar or some sort of fraud. He asked me about my injury and was trying to make it out like it was an old existing one.I told him he's scanning the wrong spot but he ignored me and gave me a towel to wripe my leg. Unprofessional is an understatement.PLEASE DO NOT VISIT THIS PLACE. No one should be treated like I did and I honestly feel like I'm not the first. Go elsewhere. I don't want anything else but to make sure no one gets treated like this again.

Very lovely staff would definitely rebook here again.

The worst place ever had… every time we book and just before the scan they always call and cancel… its happening the 3rd time… we always adjust our duties and always says our staff called sick…. Just wondering if one staff calls sick are you shutting down the entire working hours ???Sick and tired of you guysI would rate -00 if i could
