Perfection Nails and Spa - Westfield Albany
I was pleased with the quality of my gel manicure, however, there are a few things I would like to comment.- The water I soaked my nails in to soften my cuticles was cold water… it wasn’t pleasant and relaxing.- Not one nail technician including mine, wore gloves. I find it unhygienic and puts the client at risk of bacteria and fungi cross contamination between clients.- The hand massage was extremely rushed and soft. It didn’t feel like a hand massage. When you pay for a service, your expect it to be quality. Especially when it’s $55 every 2/3 weeks.

The girls at Urban are some of the best nail technicians in Auckland!! They always give consistent great services, remembers my preferences and with great prices for the quality. I have also seen dramatic improvement in my overall nail health since my first visit in 2017 :) Jamie also has 2 dogs at the salon who are friendly and keeps you company during appointments!

I’ve come here often for lash extensions & I never mind which staff I get because everyone is trained to the highest of standards, super friendly and you’re at comfort whilst having it done that it’s hard not to fall asleep! The lashes last a decent amount of time and look quite natural depending on the look the client prefers. The price is decent as well!! Would really recommend the beauty chambers and won’t go anywhere else.
