Very tasty stuff! It's really cool to watch the noodles get hand pulled. We had the #19 spicy chicken egg noodles, the #9 biang biang stewed pork, and the #33 crispy bun with pork mince. All were excellent but the standout was the crispy bun with pork mince! It's like a perfectly fried roti and the pork tastes like pulled pork, but good savory pork not like cheap BBQ pork. Will definitely be coming back.

Been here a handful of times over the last year or so and this place always consistently good! Always hot and flavourful food. Staff have always been friendly. No complaints, which is rare these days eating out. Especially being inside the mall, this place is very clean. We always get the lamb noodle soup, or handpulled noodle with lamb and pork pastry is nice too.

Phenomenal Biang Biang noodles! It makes me upset that all the dishes are served in single use takeaway containers… even if you sit in! Very sad.Biang Biang City — the one in the CBD — uses lovely bowls that are washed on site. A much more environmentally friendly option. If you come here you can bring your own container. Please do! And, then order the Biang Biang Noodles with Aubergine and Tomato. So so good. Very filling, too.

An amazing eatery with real intense flavors in their dishes. Really great staff that are happy to explain dishes and help you choose from a great variety of exquisite meals. Really enjoyed my dish of Biang Biang Noodle with Pork, Tomato and egg.Talk about eat with your eyes first. So beautifully presented I couldn't wait to get to my table. I was not in any way disappointed. The owners and staff can be rightfully proud of what they are presenting here. Sincerest congratulations and thank you. Highly recommended. A real asset to Sylvia Park.

I wish I could give this place negative stars. I normally don't leave reviews but I have to mention what happened yesterday. My husband and I ordered EGG AND CHIVE dumplings as we only eat Halal meat and are Muslim (we made the staff aware of this). When the dumplings were served to us we had one each and soon realised that it was not egg and chive. When my husband went back to the staff they tried to convince him it was vegetarian and sent him away. I went back to the staff and asked them what we had eaten and none of them could tell me (5 staff present and no one knew). Even the chef did not know. How can you not know what you are serving customers?! blows my mind. Later the staff called the manager who told us we ate PORK AND CHIVE. This is EXTREMELY disappointing as we are Muslim and have never consumed Pork in our life. The staff did not offer a refund either - we had to ask for one. The service was appalling. I would never eat here again. HOW DOES THE CHEF NOT KNOW WHAT SHE IS COOKING? Ridiculous

First time visit and not disappointed. Beef dumpling soup had 10 dumplings and the flavours and chilli was amazing. The pork pastry burger was a revaluation. Loved it. Would do it again. Nice area on L2 food court.

We normally do not leave much of the comments or review about a business. Because no matter what you say here, good or bad, poeple will have their own opinion about the place. But today we want show our great appreciation here, as Wendy (yes, my wife asked the owner's name, because she was very happy) and her husband did go extra mile for us, by made new batch of 凉皮 when the today's portion already sold out and that was near the end of the day. Samara has explained to Wendy we will fly back to Dunedin this afternoon and I really hope to take some 凉皮 back to Dunedin, then Wendy and her team agreed to went through all the trouble and made a new batch for us!As a Xi'an man lived in NZ for the last two decades, this food is part of my best memory and it taste very close to what I can have from my home town. So, this is not just a dinner for us, it's also bring happnies and comfort to us.Thank you Wendy and Kevin (sorry if we made mistake on names), keep up the good work and all the best to your business. Contact us if you ever come to South Island, we would love to show you around.Simon and Samara

Biang Biang is located in the upstairs foodcourt in Sylvia Park. They have a range of tasty looking noodle and non-noodle dishes. I grabbed a few items for take away. The tomato and egg with braised pork had an interesting flavour. The braised pork one was nicer. The best part was the long flat noodles. Even though they were a bit stuck together, they still had a nice texture and it was very nice to eat.
