Pinkest juiciest salmon I’ve tasted. This salmon farm has a cafe, fresh frozen salmon shop and also viewing platforms to the farm where you can feed the fish for a donation. Had some sushi, took away some bellies for dinner and fed some fish. Very clean amenities and warm water taps was a plus for me. Wholesome stopover in my books.

This is a fresh water Salmon farm on the way from omarama to lake tekapo there is a restaurant and a shop selling salmon related products use to be very crowded as it is a famous tourist destination suggest to go early before foods are sold out sashimi is fresh and smoked salmon is good also remember to order their flat white

came here for kiwi pruning in june of 2020, and wound up staying for a whole year. The house is in a great location on the mouth of a river, and is surrounded by the stunning mountain ranges of the east cape and waioeka gorge. Lloyd is a superb host and goes above and beyond the call of duty for his tennants in this restored century old house with a nautical theme. As a bonus, If the tides right, he might even take you out on the boat fishing! surfing, bush walks, beaches, glow worms, rivers, mountains, fishing and historical sight seeing are all a short drive from the house

Farmed King Salmon is so fresh. Smoked salmon..hot smoked & cold smoked has so much flavour. So fresh buying direct from the factory shop. Heaps of parking & easy to get in & out.

I thought it was a touch expensive for what we got to experience. A pleasant self guided walk where you can feed the trout.Without a doubt the best $5 I have ever spent was on a sausage sizzle at the end. Massive size and well cooked.

Bad service/ no service here. To be honest, you will a get grumpy face Staff easily and they never try to help you.

Prices are very reasonable compared to the Australian market where I'm from, great place to stock up on sashimi grade salmon ! The free feeds are good for the kids to see where this stuff comes from too. Beautiful little spot oh and the coffees are great too !
