Adult Day Care Centre

Severerly understaffed, the place is neglected and so are the residents.. they sit in soiled nappies for days on end, killing their dignity. Send ya loved ones elsewhere they deserve better than this for profit cash cow instutution.

Mum is very happy at this Rest Home. Staff are friendly and helpful.

The Community/peopleThe management, residents and staff are extremely caring, supportive and friendly. They work hard to accommodate the individual needs of each resident to enable independent living. The community work together to assist those who are finding it more difficult. (maybe add any other relevant features)The Units and services providedThe units are renovated in neutral tones before each new tenant moves in. They have a lovely sense of space with high ceilings and a large bay window, which allows natural light to flood into the living area. Rates, Unit insurance and maintenance of outside windows, lawns and gardens are provided for in the weekly payment. The tenants are responsible for contents insurance, power, phone and broadband. All Unit residents are provided with an Securely alarm in case of emergencies. The cost is included in the weekly payments.ActivitiesA Community Centre enables the Unit resident to enjoy organised activities. We have an excellent Village Committee, who work extremely hard to ensure there is a variety of activities for the residents to choose from and are always open to suggestions. Weekly activities include exercise, knit and natter, book club, bowls, happy hour and board games. Every Friday evening the residents get together and enjoy and meal of fish and chips or, alternatively, you can bring your own. Then there the monthly activities of going out together for a lunch, housie, afternoon teas and pot luck meals.

Wonderful team and a welcoming homely environment. Look after those in their care like family. Highly recommended - a very special place.

Management and staff genuinely care for the residents. The way they interact with the residents are amazing..For the years they cared for our father, they are not staff but family..

The staff looked after our dad with dignity and care. They made my whole family even the grandchildren feel comfortable nd welcomed when visiting our dad. The food.is.fantastic, they are definitely well fed. The staff are absolutely wonderful and want to.give special regards to Venice dad's main carer and to the Director Donna. Donna you are such a respectful and beautiful person showing kindness and compassion and very understanding . You always had time to listen to.our feedback. The manor team were outstanding, they understood Bill and his complex nature with all the care an love anyone could ask for an at times not easy. He died with dignity an respect I will always be greatfull to Jisha an her team.Thankyou
