Terrible customer service! I was left with a voicemail and was instructed to give them a call back in regards to the product I purchased. I called them 6 times and the customer service purposely hung up on me each time! I wrote a complaint email and no response at all!!! Extremely disappointed by their service. My husband called them one time and they responded to him!!!

Most of the fish well presented and fresh with lots of ice . Would be great if they identified the unsustainable fish like Terikihi . Sandford are trying to improve the fishing industry.

Got few fishes cleaned and cut today. To my dismay, it was not cut properly nor cleaned despite waiting for 45mins. Tried to phone after I reached home to discover this but got no reply. Ended up cleaning them myself at home. Pathetic! Been a long time customer and certainly won't be going back nor recommend to anyone else. Best to go elsewhere.
