Hoagie restaurant

Probably the worst Subway I’ve been to in the CBD. The lady who served me was very rude. She talked to me as if she didn’t want to be there, asked my sub to be toasted but took the sub out of the oven early so the cheese was only half melted. Ingredients were probably past its best before - lettuce wasn’t fresh.Asked what smoothies were available and she literally told us to just look at the sandwich board outside the store when she could’ve just listed out the flavours that they had. Ended up ordering a smoothie anyway - the fruits were ‘real fruit’ but looked like it was frozen and defrosted multiple times hence the horrible stale taste. She also didn’t bother to cut the footlong sub in half (thought this was standard training in Subway unless requested).The only good experience I had here was with the trainee who at least smiles and greets the customers.

Thought of having a subway for lunch.Ordered 2 6inch and one wrap.Indian guy putting cheese in a very stingy way, hola I am paying $16 for a wrap and then turn comes for salads. Girl at the counter with rude face no customer ethics and duck looking tbh. She shouldn’t be working if not happy. Shows that’s someone has put a gun and making her work.She is put totally no salad at the name of showing of they offer salad. She didn’t put onions, cucumber was like no anyway. While pouring sauces it was spilling way.Owners really need to consider this and think about their business who they hiring. If people are unhappy to give good customer service and getting what they paying for. It’s totally rip off the way they making subs. It’s never come from me. Previous staff was good I pass by always, but this time was the last time.

Food was good as always but only having 2 staff on during a busy night in the area is not good management

Slow staff. Staff spoke so soft there were multiple misunderstandings and I had to take charge and make sure everything was gotten. Also the seating areas were not clean even though we were the only customers in there. Sandwiches are quite boring.

Understaffed and under equipped. Service was very slow but not the fault of the staff. When you see people walking out you know there's a problem. Truth is staff don't want to work under these conditions and pay.

Worse subway ever. bread was not fresh baked maybe two day ago. They managed to cut the bread 4. Nothing was fresh at all. $14 is very high for ham sub that sucked

Didn't really need the English lesson on pronouns. Don't quite think you realize how immature and pathetic it looks. I'm there for food not school girl attention seeking antics.

The worst subway I have been to. Been here quite often. The manger or owner? The old Indian lady, has absolutely NO customer service whatsoever, constantly rude to her customers and staff and is VERY VERY stingy on portioning. Also ordered a sub they had advertised on the menu for $8 and she tried to over charge me charging me separately for each meat that was included in the sub. Then after me and her staff pointing out to her it’s on the menu at a set price she tells me it is impossible to do at that price. She tried to claimShe couldnt see the price although me and 2 of her staff members (who are actually really nice and lovely but seem scared of their boss) had pointed it out to her. She then tried to make excuses saying she didn’t say what she said. She then ordered her staff to take down that part of the menu and change it. I didn’t know different franchises could charge different prices?

Absolutely poor service some young in- experienced girl charged me for 2 separate 6inch subs when me and my son ordered the one foot long to shareShe made the sandwich and wouldn't let up on charging ad a full foot long sub. And insisted that be charged as two separate 6 inch subs....So I was charged $32 for a plain chicken fillit 2 cookies and a drink.... unbelievable, I wished I walked away now, her excuse was her manager has told her to charge them up this way. Which I think is illegal the way subway is promoted as an option and a menu board with the pricing clearly stated. We will not be coming back that's for sure maybe they should employ some understanding staff or boot the manager.
