Came with my family to dine in, two staff members at the counter were just staring at us, without any pleasantries. They need a lot more training if they'd like to work in hospitality.

My first visit here the woman who served me wasn’t the friendliest. Also I asked for toasted and two extra cookies both of which she did not do. I was the only customer so would be more understanding if it was rush hour. The place was nice and clean.

Ordered on uber earlier today, ordered Italian herbs and cheese for both sandwiches and instead got the wrong bread with no phone call saying we are out would you like to choose another or a refund because the bread they gave I do not eat so I just wasted my money and they didn't even mention it or put a note apologizing or even tell my uber driver to let me know the bread was changed.
