Lilly who served us was a grumpy, unfriendly thing who couldn't crack a smile the entire time and put bare minimum toppings on the subs. Always found the other staff members to be real friendly and efficient. She needs to lift her game

Tried to order online it went well paid for the order then after 5min got a notification saying they have run out of the bread for one of our footlongs, thats ok we tried to change to a different bread but all it did was at more another footlong to my order and wouldn't confirm changes, popped up 3 times saying opps something went wrong then canceled our order. Not happy now we have to wait even longer for our tea.

I am a little fussy with the way I like my sub. The ladies on today followed my requests perfectly hence a beautifully scrumptious Sub. Staff were friendly. Clean shop. But it was the staff that made our visit perfect. Thanks guys

These two ladies have to be the best most caring kind happy girls we encountered all day today in retail these girls you need to keep otherwise I’d love them to come work for me. They made my nine-year-old daughter feel very special. Hope the boss sees this

Stingey on the fillings, chicken tasted funny ( dry hard bits in the mix ) and was like eating a rock after toasted for too long. What a let down after years of going to this store. Staff also seemed like they did not want to be there.
