I went in today to print some photos and jono was great at helping me and making sure my photos would look good once they were printed 10 out of 10 thanks for the great customer service

Great quality service and prompt response. My photo which I wanted to add a person in, was done to perfection and looked like an original with no obvious signs of being retouched. Highly recommend PPM for your photography needs.

Our website was old & desperately needing an upgrade. As with many businesses we had no idea where to start or who we could use.On Britta’s initial visit, she showed a huge interest in the business, our setup and how the process of designing a kitchen to manufacture & finally installation worked. She had also done her homework & researched other kitchen manufacturers websites to get an idea of what would work well. We were able to build on this to get a plan of how we wanted the website to work, timeframes involved and the cost.With Britta also taking the photos she knew exactly what we wanted & how we wanted the site to work. We found Ida through the Southern Seas film school and asked her if she wanted to film our wedding. Even though Ida did more photography work in the past she is starting to do more video work. She was VERY accommodating. She bent over backwards capturing the special aspects of our day and the end result was FANTASTIC. We LOVED her drone it really took the shots to the next level. We would not hesitate to recommend Ida for your special day, you will get what you want!

Have not yet heard a positive thing said about ‘Stan’. Extortionately high deposit as it is asking 50% up front (this is much higher than industry standard). Although a contract is signed and aware deposit is non refundable, one would hope this man had a kind bone in his body when dates are cancelled over a year out and refunds the deposits. Particularly when it is found out the date that was cancelled has then been rebooked so no money was lost out on by him if anything was 150% up. He also does not acknowledge cancellation messages, emails or contact and cowers away with your hefty chunk of $ in his pocket. A young fella who won’t be around for long I imagine given his lack of personal skills, money grabbing attitude and spread of negative feedback.Edited: to prove point 1: see photo of terms of trade from a booking which clearly states 50%. I have used examples of three people who have booked and cancelled in these positions. One was a particularly personal problem cancellation (all other vendors although contracts were signed, returned money of deposit because so much notice was given).New Zealand might be small but there is no way I know of the three people that have cancelled (2 of which by the way you were not understanding about as your response was either nil or very cold). It’s not a personal attack, the information I have provided is true. It might not be about your films, but how a person is treated by the vendor is just as much about the before as the after.

Immaculate vibes.Jonathan is not your standard photographer that sits quietly in the corner, he has an amazing charisma that really gets everyone relaxed and out of their shell, and makes for a quality end result. Not only that, but he's actually just a top notch really nice guy. My wife and I are could be happier with our choice of photographer for our wedding! Would definitely recommend.

Jade made me feel safe. As someone with pretty bad body dysmorphia and ADHD, this type of shoot could be very triggering. Bit Jade made me comfortable immediately, allowed me to have a laugh and was respectful of my thoughts. Seeing the photos immediately was really good, too, because I left KNOWING what I had achieved. Suzy was amazing and did exactly what I wanted for both hair and makeup as well as setting me in the room. Cannot recommend this enough.

This is my second time renting a lens from this place and I must say Im delighted. There was this instance where I rented the lens but couldn't use it due to bad weather. Emma is a fantastic photographer, we have beautiful photos from both our children when they were newborns which are proudly displayed on our walls. If you choose to book with Emma you won't be disappointed, she is amazing at what she does.
