Both times I've been they've given me outstanding service. The first time my phone had water damage and they walked me through what to do for an insurance claim (I'd never done one). The second time, my GoPro had stopped working and Derick took 5mins to reset the battery free of charge as it short-circuited.

Great customer service, I got this screen protector for my IPhone 14Pro Max as my phone screen got damaged. And these guys gave me a really good offer to and they fix it right away. Well recommend this place in Balmoral

I have had great service online from this place in the past. But not this time.Purchased a reel online on the 27th. Hadn't heard anything by the 10th of the following month so I emailed them but got no reply.Then phoned them. Was told there was no record of my purchase but that they would look into it and ring me backDidn't receive a call back so I rung them back. This time the same person I first spoke to gave me a different excuse saying that the reel wasn't in stock.When I asked him how I could purchase something from them online when they don't have it in stock he said someone probably bought it the same day I put the order through.Yea right!My advice is don't deal with these guys! They aren't honest. Take a look at similar reviews on here with people that never got their orders at all and had trouble getting refunds processed.

The most awful experience I have ever had purchasing anything. First of all I purchased beach fishing reel with a stand early December for a Christmas present, I’m putting a review in April because it’s been a painful process that’s taken 5 months haha, I’m crying at the same time. After 3 weeks of not receiving any response of my purchase, I called them and they said ohhh I’ll have to pay more money because what I purchased off there website will cost more for delivery than I paid originally, who does that but a shonky business. I said I want my money back and they refused, who does that but a shonky business. Long painful story short after months of ringing them and emails, I finally received a reel and no stand, what am I going to do with a big reel without a stand. Most painful experience and the most unprofessional business practices. Avoid this so called business like the plague.
