Both times I've been they've given me outstanding service. The first time my phone had water damage and they walked me through what to do for an insurance claim (I'd never done one). The second time, my GoPro had stopped working and Derick took 5mins to reset the battery free of charge as it short-circuited.

Macs Ops in Queenstown saved my laptop when all hope was lost following a leaky water-bottle doing its worst in my backpack. They are helpful and knowledgable making all dealings with them a delight.
