The store is full of everyday electronics and gadgets. If you are a vlogger or youtuber, then this is your store. It reminds me the shops at Huaqiangbei, Shenzhen.

Staff are not helpful at all and don’t know what they’re doing

Just had the worst service with this Waitakere business hub. They are time wasters and the representative also has the courage to tell you that they have 11+ years of service doing this and they take pride in putting this on an email. Perhaps this hub should add a tagline #worstserviceprovider and should include a message on their phone service simply telling customers we are here to waste your time.They show no care nor admit their mistakes and they lack product knowledge and yet call them experts. The best advise to all is stay away from this hub as you waste so many hours dealing with them and they just don't care

Had a pretty terrible experience with this company. Took my phone in for repair after it had randomly stopped charging properly. It was a Monday when I took it in. By Thursday I had heard nothing so I called. I was told they weren't sure what the problem was. They said they would need to send it to their head office. I asked why they hadn't called me earlier as they had known they couldn't fix it after the first day. Why hang onto the phone for 3 extra days and just do nothing with it and not even tell me. So then they send the phone to Auckland and I still didn't hear anything from them. Even after asking if they could please get in touch. Finally after 8 days I called them and they said it should be in Auckland. Another few days past and finally the first time I've ever received a call from they myself, I am told they don't have the part in NZ and they are sending the phone back and I should be able to pick it up in the next few days.... Absolute waste of time and not having my phone has caused me alot of issues. As there was such a lack of communication I didn't have the chance to back up my phone correctly and therefore was unable to access alot of contacts etc i required. I would not have been worried if the phone could not be fixed or even about the time frame if it was for the complete lack of communication etc. This has left me absolutely dumbfounded and pretty frustrated. I felt like some of the conversations I had with one employee tried to direct blame to me or was just overall not very understanding or sincere about anything. Really disappointing service. Will not recommend to anyone! It really shouldn't be that frustrating of an experience to fix a small chip issue in a phone.

Was in the Oamaru store a few days ago, and the lady that served me, didn't seem to care about what I needed, and so I ended up looking it up myself, no 'hello, how can I help, and no smile, terrible customer service, and the other staff looked bored, this experience was very different in the Wellington branches. Shame tbh

Phone works grate amazing service and grate friendly amazing customer service

They are very thorough with the customer service and happy to give 100% but you fo have to wait for them while they are attentive to the customer before you.

Great professional efficient service on my iPhone plus new battery…fitted job in although busy plus kindly gave extra help for techno challenged me.. will return
