Worst customer service in manukau mall. Lady said I can't withdraw money because my middle name was missing. Refused to allow me to talk with her superviser.the lady in the glasses told me to ask the sender to go to wu in her country n fix the name. We had a huge que since she was very very very slow.

Good Service

Terrible customer experience, even if you have all the legally required identification and paperwork to send or receive money. This is done so they can force you to cancel a transaction and have to repay their fees and send again. Be warned that one of the ways they do this is by not accepting government ID's with your full name on them when the sender has only listed your first name, last name and middle initial, even if they're all the same, you have your mtcn #, all address details are correct, you can tell them the sender and amount, and have all paperwork. Overall, a terrible service that should be removed from the Glenfield Mall.

Speedy, friendly, and efficient

Lies, the closing time is completely wrong it closes at 6pm mon to Friday . If enough ppl call to complain about the hours not being changed they'll probably actually do something about it

There has been multiple occasions where this company has charged me a late fee but I check my bank account and there’s more than enough to cover the costs. This is outrageous and needs to be solved on your end. I try to call but can never get through. I’m not using this service by choice, I wouldn’t recommend anyone to. With the amount of one star reviews, I’m surprised that people are still using your systems.
