Worst customer service in manukau mall. Lady said I can't withdraw money because my middle name was missing. Refused to allow me to talk with her superviser.the lady in the glasses told me to ask the sender to go to wu in her country n fix the name. We had a huge que since she was very very very slow.

Very poor customer service, The 2 guys are rude!!! They asked me to many questions that has nothing to do with my query. They make me feel as if they paying me from their own pocket!!

A samoan couple was allowed to be served without masks. They were in front of me.. and when it was my turn. The samoan lady that was working said she will not allow to serve me because i was not wearing a mask. What is this? Very unprofessional. She can. serve her own people without masks and asked others to wear masks.

I had worst experience with today one of female staff working at manukau branch with skarf n galsses was very rude to me.I supposed to send $4000 to my family and the staff wearing (scarf) told me that I can’t send to my family again nd again. Then I try to send another person in my family than staff totally denied the transaction i wanted to make. Even though she did the currency conversation wrongly (4000 dollar to 40,000 indian rupees. It was shocking for me that staff cannot make the conversation properly and i felt that i was bullied by staff,however it showed that staff was not confident with their customers.

Open at 10. 40min later still close. Why say open at 10 when it's not. 2nd time here. 1st time, slow service. Need to work on customer service.
