Western Union

The agent with hijab shouted at me because she asked for two Id and I said I only have one id

Very poor service only on till serving and other two tills looks like to be closed and counting cash.

This is the second day I am standing at the sylvia park western union and it's not open. Website states its open by 9.00am. I was standing and waiting till 9.20am still it was not open yesterday. Hopefully it will be opened by 9.15.

Website says closing 7 pm but they are not serving after 6.30 one staff was rude said i cant serve you terrible service

The worst of all! The staffs assigned today around 4pm or 5pm were so rude. They treat you as if you are a thief or someone who is not trustworthy. I presented all the valid documents but still those ladies were not satisfied. They wasted my time and even gave me such rude facial expressions. They made me feel so annoyed. To think it's my own money that i am claiming! Hello! Your charges were too high to give us customers a very awful experience! Excuse me, where's your manners people?!!! Better not work in that kind of role if you can't treat your customers properly. Got my money after such time wasted! I will never ever use western union again. Will not recommend this to all my friends and relatives as well. Such a bad experience!
