Great location, tranquility and beautiful bush, excellent facilities, comfortable beds, plenty of bathrooms and showers, large kitchen with everything for cooking up a delicious meal, large meeting room and hosts that are friendly and helpful. We stayed for a weekend and had a wonderful time. We are coming back!!!!

The team at Pukekohe park are useless! Waited 20 minutes just to place an order. Waited another 20 minutes to get 2 pots of chips. I’d hate to see what it’s like when they are actually busy. This was on a Lemons race weekend so not very many people at all. Most of the kitchen staff were just chatting out the back. The coffee girl was slow. No one really knew what they were doing. Lots of chips were taking 5 minutes per pot to come from the kitchen. If I could give a zero start I would have.

Starting from day 1 of our wedding planning, Abby was the best at communicating with us and had very fast responses. Although there were a few hiccups along the way, i.e. Covid-19 lockdown and wedding postponement, Abby was very reassuring with us and it was a huge relief that we could count on Urban Gourmet Catering to use their experience to make our wedding a success. Arati was the next person who looked after our wedding day planning and she was also very good at communicating with us. Communication was definitely a trait we valued while planning our wedding as sometimes it can be stressful when a supplier does not communicate properly and the Urban Gourmet Catering team was far from that, they were truly amazing! On the wedding day itself, Nidheesh and the team looked after us well and kept our wedding day running as smoothly as possible, so a big thank you from us to the team.For our wedding we had decided to do a bespoke wedding menu to meet the dietary requirements of us and our guests. Our bespoke menu consisted of vegan, allium free dishes and we were definitely in for a treat! We had a lot of compliments from our guests about the food and even when we did the tasting of the bespoke menu, they were open to suggestions from us.All in all, I really can't fault the Urban Gourmet Catering team and I would definitely recommend Urban Gourmet Catering to family, friends or just anyone who wants delicious food and a good team to look after them on their special day!

I have found Andrew to be my go to guy" for all our functions. He knows his stuff and makes it easy to focus on the other important issues when hosting a function. Food is great

Dirty, table we sat at was sticky, the porta filter for the coffee was filthy. Coffee was ok could’ve been a bit hotter. Had a pie that was average, pastry tasted like cardboard

Lives up to reputation. The food was very, very good, the service was awesome. The squid dish was amazing, the pumpkin and parmesan soup was the best ever. The empty plate in the photo was apple fritters. They were too delicious to photograph first. We spent time in the vege garden and admired the quantity and quality of the produce, especially the silver beet.

The Stables Tavern & Restaurant in Richmond seemed like a good traditional style English pub. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. They have a very good selection of craft beers and other drinks. The venue has nice indoor and outdoor spaces. We didn't eat there, so can't comment on the food. I would go there again if I was in the area.
