I have previously used BB catering to deliver meals to my 90yr old parents.I sent up a box of frozen meals to my dad, in Auckland. I put down his new address as i have previously used them. This was confirmed in the confirmation email i recieved that the meals had been delivered.I am a health professional on-call 24/7. After notification that dad's meals had been delivered i was off call having been working 20hrs straight. My phone calls were being forward to my practice partner.Bb catering rang me which went through to my practice partner who explained to text to the number he had rung and i would call back. He refused said why did i put down my number if i wasn't going to answer it . It is in the form you have to fill out with the order along with my email address. My partner said he was very rude and aggressive. Then he rang a second time, again rude and aggresdive and my practice partner hung up on him.She sent me a txt with his number and i rang him said my name and i believed he was trying to get hold of me, he hung up on me.I thought i would receive an email from him instead, but didn't.Subsequently i found out from my dad that the meals had been delivered to his old address not the one i gave and had previously used. Luckily his old neighbour spotted the box on the doorstep and rang my father. He had break his bubble to drive back to his old house and collect.Needless to say i shan't be using B B catering again and do not recommend.

I chose bb catering for my wedding after extensively researching my options. What stood out to me was their transparency with pricing, the prompt responses to my queries and their very tasty sounding menu. I was not disappointed. The staff were just amazing. Such beautiful kind ladies who went out of their way at every opportunity. The food was spectacular to match the service. Thank you so much bb catering for contributing to making our day special.

Just got me food today slapped the mac n cheese straight in the microwave waited 20 minutes and bam.... bam bam bam! What a treat for my taste buds after noodle living.

The reason i love this place is because of their quick meals. These are pre prepared meals that are not only really tasty, but are also really well priced. If you are like me and find cooking a struggle at times, then these meals are for you. Pre prepared, snap frozen and then delivered to your door. Who needs these other meal in a box things, when you can get everything pre made...just put it in the microwave and done. Great range of meals too. I strongly recommend.These guys also do catering for events too. By all accounts they are good, real good. So much so that if you want an event catered these guys can do it with their hands tied behind their back. Get in quick though as they are almost always booked.

Deeeeeelicious meals that are like have food packages dropped off by Mum. Best heat and eat ever! With a newborn and a fussy husband, these have a been a godsend with nutrition and great taste. Thankyou BBs these have saved my sanity!

Well worth buying there selection of meals,I have been buying them for a while now and the flavours and selection’s are just like a home cooked meal and are a good size to be healthy and fulfilling,definitely recommend them.

Amazing packaging and still frozen when it was delivered !!! Can’t wait to tuck in !!!
