Recently I went here for a birthday treat arriving in a happy mood and leaving in utter shock.The lady I had (the manager) cut me twice, told me off and pulled my arm because I was being ‘tense’ DUE to the fact she cut me. She didn’t apologise for either cut and when I said “ouch” she replied with “uh, what is your problem”. The lady was short and snappy with me and made me feel like I was wasting her time. This is just the costumer service.My nails in the photo I showed didn’t look anything like my nails after. My nails were $95 and they looked tacky and cheap.

They rip off vulnerable clients - my daughter booked an appointment and checked price in advance. She was unexpectedly charged an extra $10 because she hadn't been there before". They then charged her an extra $10 for an extra for something on all her nails (when she had only asked for one so this was their error). In all fairness

Each time I booked, I was waiting for at least 30 mins before being seen. Staff seem uninterested and those in charge rude and abrupt. Twice I booked for joint pedicures with friend/s and was assured we'd be done together as requested... never happened! Will never go back or recommend.

I really like their work at Perfect nails. I go there every 3 weeks for manicure (SNS) and they do a great job. Very professional and neat. Reasonable price with loyalty card. Definitely recommend them in Masterton as best. Thank you very much.

Went here today, I'm here visiting from the UK. As a nail tech myself I had no issues. Everyone clean and professional. The lady who done my nails was very chatty and her work was beautiful. I highly recommend this shop. Thank you for giving me exactly what I wanted x

Not happy with my lash tint. Told them I didn't like it and got no offer of fixing it up or refund. Did get a rubbish and hard to understand explanation of what went wrong though. Won't be wasting my money there ever again
