John was amazing! Fitted me in without any hassle & was very knowledgeable with what I wanted straight away. The salon had a lovely busy vibe with great atmosphere you can see there is alot of returning customers which is always a good thing. All staff were very friendly especially grace who finished off my hair after John colouring it. Would recommend here.

Visiting hairdresser is meant to be relaxing well this was the opposite. First appointment today and will be last as I ended up walking out. Was approached by the stylist who didn't introduce themselves asking instead if I wanted cut or colour. Showed a picture of what I wanted. She then proceeded to say it needed shaving not cutting and what size clippers did I want displaying a set of clipper guards for me to choose. I must have looked puzzled as I have had same cut fromy usual hairdresser who always uses scissors just couldn't get in with her hence this appointment. Then she started to say can clip or cut, clip or cut chooseI felt attacked she didn't stop for a breath didn't give me time to think and to be honest made me feel very stressed. I said don't you know you are the hairdresser but she kept on the same what you want clipper or cut*barely taking a breath. So I lost confidence and no way was she coming near me with either so I got up said I changed my mind and left. Not one staff member checked I was OK

Very pleased with my haircut. Very pleasant and friendly hairdresser who was able to fit me in at short notice. Certainly recommend for a great haircut and good service.

I'd like to say a big thanks to the ladies who took me in to cut my hair on the spear of the moment.Have had quite a few comments on how nice it is. They were very friendly and make a very nice coffee

Absolutely shot after my experience here. Although only asking for a quote during a consultation, this lady belittled the colour I chose, saying she wouldn't waste money on this etc, going as far to let her co worker tell me the same thing and suggesting a colour that would be more convincing to them, it seemed. The customer in line also had her say, as I didn't know her, I thought the whole encounter was rude. Just FYI, I'd like to pay for your experience and not your opinion. You can either do it, or not(just by saying this, would've helped the situation by far.) Familiarise yourself with great customer service, some understanding and I'm sure, if not positive your shop won't have shtty wairua attached to it.

I had my Balayage done here last week and had such an amazing experience, i showed a few of my inspiration pictures not sure they would be realistic and they absolutely nailed it!! I’m so happy with my hair and couldn’t recommend them enough I will definitely be back!

I can't describe how happy I was to get referred to them. They did my bridal hair and makeup for me and also for my bridesmaid and flower girl. All on last minute. And I honesly can say that we 3 girls felt so beautiful and looked after. The makeup and hair was just stunning. They most definitely know what they are doing. Thank you.
