Jason has been my hair colourist/ stylist for awhile now, the service he provides is par excellence! Jason is so knowledgeable with the products that would work best with my hair type, he is always professional and listens to what i am wanting before giving his professional suggestions.He has always been so warm, welcoming and friendly. I would highly recommend The Colour Bar as you will never be disappointed.

I was very pleased with the staff and instructors working together. Hair cut was professional and although rather crowded and noisy as they were busy overall I would go again.

I've been to Premeir Hairdressing College several times for haircuts and for color. I am always happy with the quality of the work and have been very pleased with the pricing of services. What is sometimes frustrating is how very long it takes. Even when I have an appointment and show up 5 minutes before that appointment time I am often kept waiting 15 to 20 minutes before I am taken back. Then once the work begins it is very slow since the stylists are in training and must have their mentor double check their work at each stage. Don't get me wrong, I am GRATEFUL for this attention to detail and I am confident that is exactly why their finished work is nicely done. But a simple cut and color can easily take an entire morning to complete rather than the 2 hrs I would spend for the same services elsewhere. If you are in a hurry, better go somewhere else. However, if you have the time and patience for it, this is a great place on the northshore for getting hair done at a very affordable cost.

Absolutely thrilled with the Cezzane straightening treatment from Jason - very knowledgable and professional. Up until recently, I was getting my Cezzane done at a well known hair salon and can say though the Colour Bar was considerably less than what I have paid in the past, the calibre of the service that Jason provided was so much more - an excellent result. Total confidence in the level of skill of this salon's staff - so much so, I am booked for more treatment tomorrow! 100 per cent recommend
