Nicky really made me feel like a special bride as soon as I spoke to her on the phone and walked into her shop. The team at Mandatory are absolutely amazing to work with! Claire fitted me out with a custom made tuxedo for my upcoming wedding and I couldn't be happier. I've had pretty hit or miss luck buying off the rack over the years, though now I own one of the best fitting and classiest tuxedos in Wellington, heck, maybe even New Zealand. Honestly i cannot recommend these guys enough. They’re customer service is superior to any company Ive shopped with. They know my size on arrival. They genuinely care about what I’m wearing.
