Milk delivery service

I’m not one to complain, in fact I can’t remember the time I left a bad review! But I’ve received such shocking service, and have had others say they’ve had bad experiences too, so I felt I should leave this feedback. Hopefully things will change!We used Milk and More a couple of years ago and thought they were brilliant. We only cancelled because my husband started getting free milk at work! When he changed jobs last month we were excited to restart our deliveries.Our deliveries started again on April 22nd. Our next was due to be the 26th, but the driver came on the 25th because of the public holiday. Unfortunately no one had informed us of this, but I understand that mistakes happen. Our next delivery, on the 29th, was also missed. The office told me that for some reason our name had been crossed off the list.Delivery was then also missed on the 3rd and 10th May. When I emailed on May 10th I was told that someone would deliver milk first thing the next day. When I left my house at 10am the milk still hadn’t arrived. I found this annoying, as if I hadn’t been promised an early delivery we would have just nipped to the shops. When I expressed this in an email I did not receive an apology.The delivery on May 13th also didn’t arrive. This meant that out of a possible 7 deliveries, only 2 had arrived. Feeling extremely frustrated by this point I said this in an email. The response was not one I expected to get, telling me I “really seem to be very unhappy with our service” and they would be cancelling my account and sending an invoice the next day.Honestly, I’d already decided to switch to Oaklands after getting advice from a local Facebook group, but that email really took the biscuit…So, in summary, perhaps decide to get your milk elsewhere unless you enjoy using an unreliable company with some of the worst customer service I’ve come across in a long time.If Milk and More dispute any of this I’m happy to post screenshots of the emails. Although I called and left messages no one ever picked up or called me back, so the emails are the only correspondence we had.

It's a great little setup they have here. The milk is always fresh, and the sales room is nicely decorated and filled with community goodies.

My wife can,t drink processed milk frm the shop .... So i get pure milk frm here ... And she Loves it ......

Will give 5 stars if not expensive

Love the idea and the product. Should be more small dairy businesses - like UK are doing. We have such great produce but how we can buy it is dictated by large companies who own" the market. Shame. Support small businesses

I went here with no cash thinking there would be someone there and I could buy a credit stick. It isn't manned but there's a vending machine inside that has the credit sticks, it looked like it only took cash as well ($20 for a stick). There was another customer in there who saw my plight and very kindly offered me $3 so I could buy a litre of milk, she probably won't see this but bless you!! So yeah just remember that cash if it's your first time going! Now we have some lovely fresh milk and one less plastic bottle. They also were selling lots of other things like knitted bottle cozies, honey, eggs, there was some free fruit as well. Beautiful setup, feels good to support local operations like this. Will definitely be going back :)

Crucial Detailing went above and beyond when they detailed and polished my SUV. Excellent result and my car looks like new. Great communication and always on time. They come to you, which makes it really easy. Highly recommend.

First time to this outlet. Instructions to use the vending machine was easy. Milk was beautiful and fresh. The cream on top of the milk was awesome. Plenty of parking. Easy place to find. Had to buy my first bottle which was fine and was a great price for the milk. Great work Neil and Glenda just wish I had been there before this.

I manage Winger Subaru East Auckland and finding someone that can cut and polish well is difficult. I used crucial detailing for the first time a couple of days ago and he has to be the best polisher I have seen to this day - Thats saying something as i was in the automotive industry for a long time and used differnt franchises such as touch up guys - they can polish like these guys. Nice staff, knowedgable and well priced. Highly Recomended
