Nice experience.But if anyone is coming with their own car try to go by own or call them to check if the car park is too busy or not.If not take your car that will be the best experience.

Be prepared to wait. Things are very disorganized since REL screwed all the shuttle providers over. There is frankly not enough capacity to guarantee you will be able to get up the mountain. Booking is vital. There is plenty of parking, but the toilet facilites had no toilet paper, so either bring your own or be prepared to hold.

Very poorly sign posted and didnt find out we had to use it till we got to Whakapapa Village. So had to back track and then the shock value of $35per adult, $10 child. Very expensive for a family. It is return which is ok. Better sign posting and a price board and pick up point at Whakapapa would go a long way.Kiwis wanting to support these local businesses would go better with just a few changes

Lots of carpark space available and the shuttle buses were prompt with their service up and down the snow mountain.

Great place to park for the day. When catching a shuttle up the mountain. Plenty of spaces. Toilets and shower block also available.

FREE CHARGING! not super fast tho. But there is a rest/cafe at the train station. Nothing fancy but cozy AF with a little fireplace.

Gorgeous wee chateau......good definitely do with a paint up but it's so unique to have a old chateau at the bottom of the mountain, absolutely gorgoues!!
