Disappointed in Amber. My 12 yr old come to yous after a hockey accident smashing 2 teeth and her nerve hanging out. You took 5 minutes and told me you can see her in 8 weeks and to ring around if I wanted an earlier appointment. What was sad is you offered no support or advice and did nothing to her mouth, no antibiotics or pain medication and left us in an emotional state and her traumatized after your visit. Please take some tips from Dental Centre (Harry/David) on empathy and how to treat clients. 4 days after unbearable pain we got into Dental Centre who made an effort to see her, and left with with antibiotics, pain meds and sealed her nerve....something you should've done from the start.

My dentist of years could only get me an appointment if there was a cancellation, so I phoned Amber Dental. They saw me 1:30 the same day and by the next morning my problem was fixed. I appreciate their haste as I would have been in extreme discomfort and pain. I will be taking my family to Amber now, thanks Amber Dentist

I was lucky enough to be able to get into Amber dental the day after my front tooth was chipped. I had Dr Jo and Sarah, they were super friendly, kind, supportive and personable.I shared that I was very nervous to be at the dentist, Jo asked me why, and what can she do to help me feel less nervous throughout the process. They made the entire experience painless as she talked me through everything that she was doing. I was able to leave the dentist feeling not scared to go back. Not scared at all. So grateful for the lovely dentist experience, from the delightful Katie behind the desk, Sarah and Jo, the reasonable price, everything.Thanks again Amber dental team ❤

Friendly professional and reasonably price. No mucking around straight to the point was fully informed of what needed to be done and options available. None of this pushy stuff or pointing you down an expensive path was my choice,and any questions were answered, giving me full insight in to procedures. Had work done absolutely no pain. More work planned,hell looking forward to going get it done. Never said that before about a dentist. Awesome, thank you

Great service, came in with no appointment with a chuck of tooth that had fallen out the night before, thinking I wouldn’t be able to get seen for weeks, they got me in within 1 1/2 hours and got it all fixed up for me. For a really anxious person they made me feel calm and relaxed. Thanks team!

I went to get all my teeth removed yesterday 22/6/23And the experience was amazing it's a beautiful practice with amazing dentists and assistant dentists they made the whole experience amazing I recommend amber dental to everyone they're really nice to deal with and they take of you best experience ever I use to hate dentists but not anymore.. thank you to the team at amber dental and the lovely ladies at reception ❤️

I have had work done by Amber Dental recently and it has been from my 1st contact an extremely supportive, personally caring experience. For someone who has anxiety about having dental work done Amber Dental have made what is usually a very stressful situation for me a good, positive, supportive and professional outcome.
