I received my first wig from Beth and was blown away by how beautiful it is. After an online consult she created my wig to match my inspiration photos and my skin tones and colors. It arrived a week earlier than expected and it is gorgeous. The hair is the best quality it feels amazing and doesn’t tangle, and the Color work is beautiful. I can’t wait for my next one

Actually had a Funtime with Caroline choosing some beanies and turbans/scarves for my chemotherapy treatment. My daughter came with me which was lovely to get her advice. Caroline was really on the ball with suggestions as I really wanted a bit of a low key look nothing too out there. I’m very happy with my purchases and it was perfect timing as I’ve just started getting a bit of hair loss. Can’t recommend Kate and Caroline at Head High enough. Easy to book and lots of time taken to make sure I was happy! Thanks for such a relaxing experience!

I thought this would be a trendy salon or shop. It was a dirty, dusty office space in a horrible part of Auckland.The women there were definitely not from the beauty/hair industry. Not very stylish. There was a South African woman trying to be superficially nice but she couldn't hide her irritability. Another woman with a NZ accent was so patronizing. Do you think that because someone is seriousily ill or upset at losing their hair they will take advice from anyone? Dismal and depressing.
