Great customer experience. Alex is just amazing. Even though he’s busy with other customers he made the effort to explain everything very clearly. Even kids loved the store and the experience. I took my Hyundai kona elite to east Auckland Hyundai service station for a recall inspection today.Met an absolutely miserable lady at the reception of the service department.No greetings no pleasentries, not even a fake smile throughout the interaction. Asked me the contact details and made me sign paperwork , all with a dead stone look on her face.She was so miserable that it felt she didn’t want this job. She could dampen anybody’s otherwise nice day.Please change your customer facing staffGood on east Auckland Hyundai to give me a call and try to understand the experience and assuring me of better service next time

My friend and I broke down in the middle of the road, conveniently opposite Central Otago Hyundai! Their kind staff immediately jumped to action, pushing us off of the road and into their garage. Less than 30 minutes later they had our car going again. They couldn't have been more lovely, and very reasonably priced too. Thanks again you lifesavers!

The whole team at Hyundai Taupo were amazing when on Dec 23 when our Sante Fe started to 'miss a beat' coming into Taupo. With nothing in it for them they let us know what was wrong with our car, have stored it til the tow truck can pick it up after Christmas and even ran us out to the airport to pick up a rental. Can't speak highly enough of Shane, Johnny and the team at what was a very stressful time for our family. Their service went way beyond and we are very grateful.

I had damaged my Tucson badge and called into the dealership where I had bought my vehicle in 2018 and have had it serviced there annually. The Service Manager Garth went above and beyond by repairing the part I had damaged and re attached it to my vehicle. Excellent service. Also a nice waiting area with good coffee!

hard ordered and paid directly into account given for mitsubishi Triton parts. . teller at the vank also asked me to ring and double check...did and received confirmation .. paid cash into account given....one month later...no parts have been sent.. have made enquiries only to be told have not been paid for and waiting for payment...am overseas at moment but will be making enquiries when back in NZ...
