Purchased used car here this week, and received really bad service, wasn't given any info about the warranty I requested until I collected the car. There was no sense of urgency when I requested info for my lender, when I said I didn't know how or when I could collect the car there was no offer of delivery (location within rotorua) drove off the yard fuel light on. While it wasn't brand new car it wasn't a cheap trade in either. But it did have 6 months rego and that's about the only positive I have.

Good workmanship. Service costs could be better. My Hyundai hatch normal service + wiper refill & cabin filter replacement costed more than 5th year Ford sedan service with an engine coolant flush !! The later also comes with an year of free roadside assistance and vehicle inspection report.

My wife and I came in over the weekend and dealt with Bruce Lowe. We thought he was extremely professional relaxed and not pushy. With the little time we did spend with him we felt like he was someone you could trust and actually wants to help you into a vehicle.

I like this Hyundai dealership because:1. it's the only one in Rotorua2. I know one of the Salespeople that work there hence why I bought my Tuscon 3 years ago3. Customer service I received from Rebecca Butt was excellent, she was polite, accommodating in dropping me off to my place of work and dropping my vehicle back to me well before the promised time

I always receive excellent service when visiting this Hyundai Dealership. Getting my i20 serviced is always made easy by the staff who offer to drive me back to work, undertake the work as requested and let me know if anything else has to be done. They also always let me know how long the job should take and an estimated price. Follow up is also something they do. I highly recommend Rotorua Hyundai and love my little car.
