I had occasion to visit your Hyundai service department this morning with my new Tuscan fleet vehicle which required a 1000km check. Prior to acquiring the Tuscan last week, my fleet vehicles have been other brands so this is my first experience with Cooke Howlison.To say that the service and general experience of dealing with your people today is light years ahead of your competition is an understatement. I sat in the waiting area for 30 mins while the check was done and observed many comings and goings of various people and how they were treated. I was very impressed with the friendly, warm atmosphere and positive vibes coming off your staff, in particular Jeff who was actually moving around the place with great enthusiasm and greeting people by their names! He kept me informed of progress with the service and therefore I was reassured I had not been forgotten (yes, this has happened to me before!).The service chap who handed back my vehicle (cleaned and driver side vacuumed – another happy surprise) ended the whole experience on a jovial and happy note and I have returned to work and told all my colleagues about what a totally different experience it has been to what we are accustomed to!.Well done on all counts.
