Mattress now delivered. Very happy with the service provided by Bedpost Wellington.

Purchased a new expensive bed that lasted not even two years and what an absolute nightmare it's been to try and get any to even contact me about the so called 10 year warranty.Over 3 months and dozens of emails later and still no sign of even an offer to repair the thing.In the mean time it has created health issues for myself and my partner and we have had to go and purchase a new bed.Seriously recommend looking elsewhere as these guys are not worth the stress....

A wide selection of beds on display. Sales staff (Neville) is very knowledgeable and courteous. He spent a considerable amount of time with us to ensure that we get something which fit our requirements. Delivery is available on a Sat which is very convenient for working people. The Bedpost delivery person also assembled the beds instead of just leaving them at the front door (which was what the previous bed shop did which annoyed me). Highly Recommended.

Honestly a fantastic shop. My wife and I were upgrading our previous mattress of 13 years —a beautiful mattress from the Japanese store MUJI— which was a hard act to follow. We settled on a foam mattress that seemed fine in the store but once we spent a week on it at home we realized we would not be happy on this for the decade to come. Bedpost made it easy for us to exchange it and we went in and chose our new mattress (pocket springs are the way to go) which was delivered a few days later, while the delivery guys extracted the previous one. Plus, our salesman (older gent) was knowledgeable, patient, and friendly, encouraging us to try our every mattress we wanted with the pillows of our choice. We even bought two mattresses for our kids too.Naturally if we’ve chosen well we won’t need to go back to Bedpost very often, but when we do need a new mattress I’d have no reservations about returning to give them our business.

Friendly and knowledgable staff. Helped us find the right mattresses for our kids. Very accommodating with delivery and overall customer service. I would definitely recommend them, especially if you are new to Wellington and looking for a reliable bed and mattress store.

Great shop and has awesome staff. We brought our last bed from here so had to come back again, Tim helped us through the process and was super easy to deal with. Learnt a bit about the different beds and made us feel better about the buying process. Delivery was not a problem to even though we are out in Kapiti

We came in to look at a lift up bed, we got good service the first time round by the owners son but he didn’t come back to us and we waited 3 weeks, then went back in and another staff member who firstly fobbed us off to his busy colleague until the owner said to help us, he found our query paper work and said he would price up and work out the best deal and measurements and just sent us the same prices as we saw in the store and no measurements, we were keen to get the bed but not at all impressed by the service of the second staff member, we have come in to the store in the past and found him the same and hence they never get our business, I responded to the staff member to say we haven’t received the sizes and we were not happy with the service and might as well leave it, but he had not responded with a courtesy email, obviously not his own business so not bothered about customer service.

Needed to urgently replace a broken mattress as my old back issues were beginning to return. Searched web and phone canvassed first. Salesperson (Neville) was knowledgeable, helpful and low pressure, including persuading me to visit other retailers for comparison after I had made an initial choice. Did so, but came back. I still liked that mattress best, and even more so because it was the most competitively priced! It arrived a week earlier than estimated, delivered by two courteous and capable staff who negotiated a very rough farm track cheerfully, installed the new and took away the old. Very efficient. I could not be more pleased. Especially as my back issues are now resolved. Very highly recommended.

Our bed broke on a Saturday. When we called they were able to verify our previous order (even though we no longer had a receipt), get a person to our place to fix the bed brand new within a few hours. The guy on the phone and the guy who came to fix the bed were both super polite and professional. Really appreciated the great customer service and the totally stress free fix.
