Bed shop

On several occasions we have used this store for homeware such as dinner sets and other items to suit our home. It carries stock which enables you to buy items that you need to replace when one item of a set is accidentally damaged.

Having decided to buy a new bed on Labour Day, we did an online search for bed shops around Christchurch that would possibly have what we were looking for: An affordable, very firm, queen sized mattress & base. We narrowed it down to 4 shops in the Christchurch CBD and went to check them out. Although the first 3 shops were friendly and helpful it was only once experiencing Bedpost Christchurch's service and expertise that we found exactly what we were looking for. A very friendly and knowledgeable Shiv took the time to gauge exactly what we were looking for in a bed and narrowed it down to 2 options that we liked. The one we loved was a like new" display model that would usually be more than we could afford if it was new but Shiv worked out an affordable deal for us that we could not refuse. He even had it delivered for us within 2 hours of leaving the store. Thank you so much Shiv for taking the time to help us make the right decision on something that costs a lot of money and has to last for many years."

Still expensive, so hasnt changed since being there bout 9months ago. Nice things tho.

Mark offered great advice and was extremely helpful when buying a bed for both our sons at university. Arranged delivery - even helped put the bed together. Excellent value for money and service so highly recommend.

We love going to see the team at the clearance Co!! Turning up with an empty trailer and loading it to the hilt , couldn't have achieved this at all with out the great service from Darren Aka ' The beast ' he made our day !!! Just top service and loaded us up like a tetris tower on wheels for a 2.5 hour return trip . He went above and beyond and were soo appreciative, what a guy !Home safe and sound and our shopping a complete success, Thanks Darryn .

During this Covid 19 period our Prime minister talked about support local so we took her advise and chose the upper Hutt branch which we've used before. Service was above and beyond both from the sales team to the delivery men, seamless and painless. Highly recommend this business

I havent shopped at Big Save in over 30plus years. But was looking for a replacement recliner, after looking around I found just what I wanted. Also the Male shop assistant was a great help, answering all my questions. The chair was delivered today and is extremely comfortable. Great place still to shop at .

Superb service. The bed was delivered within an hour of purchase. An overall wonderful experience, and we couldn’t be more happy.

We've just bought a mattress there and are very happy with it.The staff member who took care of us, Brenda was very knowledgeable about their different products without being pushy and managed to have our brand new mattress delivered to our door in just 48h. The delivery company also communicated really well.All in all a very pleasant experience. We will definitely be back.

Racist old ladies in the perfume & cologne section. They followed me around while I was shopping and making me feel super uncomfortable. Disgusting customer service. Don’t go here
