Island Scoot was amazing! Moped is by far the best way to see Waiheke Island. Even in the rain we had a great time riding around and checking out the wineries, beaches, and trails. The staff was friendly and gave great recommendations on what to see and how to make the most of our day on the island. The moped was reliable and easy to ride. Next time we’re in Waiheke we’ll definitely be returning to Island Scoot!

Picked up a Rotorua Airport rental car from Thrifty and wasn't disappointed. Very friendly staff and surprisingly good prices. All in all, was a very pleasant experience.

Bought online as a guest and made the payment via bank transfer straight away. Could not send them the email to confirm my payment as I never got a confirmation email of the order.Called them and the guy said it's alright. The item will be send.The day after the call I finally got an email from the customer service. Not a confirmation email though, only a message that the item would arrive 2 to 3 days later.Not the most satisfying order process but the item arrived after around 5 working days.Also the item (small end bearing) fits perfect and is high quality for a reasonable price. I'm very happy with that.If something goes wrong with the order, it's best to call them. The (phone) customer service is very helpful an professional.Probably also helpful to sign up so you can check on you're orders. I will check this when I order from scooting again.

Very cool skate park, you can brink skates, boards, bikes, and scooters. You do have to pay for it though, and it seems to be a bit small to hang around for long, so may not be something you want to pay for. But still when you first go, it's very fun, and very new and safe. (Just note for those with young kids that the music isn't monitored and there can be some very bad language from time to time). Go check it out!

I am always on the go with work. Sometimes I forget simple stuff like toothpaste or socks but when I need a car because I forgot to book or I have to be somewhere in a hurry Thrifty Car Rental Rotorua comes through for me no matter what the request. Its almost like I have my own Thrifty Personal Assistants. Even when it is a last minute request they try their hardest to find me a car despite the hectic times they have supplying all their other customers. Definitely my number 1 go to for rentals. Always smiling at me even though I know I cause them to stress. I would usually use my kumara rating out of 4. but definitely 5 stars for service, professionalism and handling of difficult customers like me. Thanks Rotorua for your ongoing support.
