Was in napier for a holiday, the weather was superb & thought we'd hire a couple of fat boy scooters to sight see down marine parade. Disappointing to find out weren't open & are only open in the school holidays. Nothing on the website says this. Would have been a nice to be directed else where. Biggest downer of the whole trip.
