Phil was easy to deal with. I rang him with a famiy's wishes and over the phone went thru the website with me to select the perfect urn. The family loved it! At the service many people commented on the high quality of the workmanship of the urn and how good it looked. To top it off Phil delivered it personally to the funeral home!
