Lovely and clean lots to choose from

I don't normally worry about treatment from staff, but the lady at the counter was downright rude and unhelpful. I do not want to go to this shop ever again.

Struggled to get around the store with my stroller and the staff looked at my husband and myself like we were doing something wrong. Felt unwelcomed, and looked down at.

Brought a duve cover set for my daughter in law on line, click and collect...2 days later it was there. Lovely colour, good price and quality

Great customer service from Fiona, she was extremely helpful and went out of her way to order the duvet set that I had my heart set on from another store. It arrived even earlier than she said it would, which is always a better experience than something arriving too late.

0 stars would be better. I was in this store shopping for cushions today and had the most unpleasant experience! Staff would much rather gawk at you like you’re a thief than greet you and offer assistance. I decided I wouldn’t be spending any money in their store today and instead went across the road to Briscoes where the service is by far friendliest! When you are a retail assistant, it goes without saying that we the customer have a certain expectation….customer service!! Not only do management need to organise customer service training for their staff, it would appear several of those ladies need educating on racial bias. I would like to make special mention of the blonde middle aged employee, extremely tactless, you can get a better idea of the type of person someone is and their intentions by simply doing your job and offering help. Instead you just stared! Where on my body would I stash a bunch of cushions? Do better.

Amazing service! Had a issue with a Bed Set. Replaced no questions asked. I would highly recommend shopping at this store and I will again!! Thanks team!
